The strategic approach

We are able to build interconnected and complex scenarios for which we can then generate effective ideas and solutions. This is achieved by starting from the observation and analysis of users and behaviour, and using a series of methods and tools (including lean design, design thinking, participatory design, etc.).

Our design research activities are initiated with phases of in-depth listening and careful analysis, data mapping, survey and interpretation of trends, and identification of even indirect and latent opportunities.

At our company, we prioritise design as a strategic tool. We adopt a systematic approach, starting with a thorough examination and understanding of problems and opportunities, to develop innovative and novel solutions.

Our product design process commences with a focus on the system within which the product is to be integrated, and the service is initiated with an emphasis on aligning with the architectural needs and expectations of its intended users. This approach ensures the optimisation of all resources involved from the conception phase, with the objective of delivering the most optimal user experience.
We initiate our process by exploring futuristic scenarios, developing concepts for innovative products and services. We place particular emphasis on ensuring the long-term sustainability of these concepts, and on their capacity to be "circular", regenerating and re-generable.
Over the years, we have designed a variety of new products, production processes and material configurations. These have been developed for industry and craftsmanship of excellence, as well as for the creation of new services and experiences. These new products and services have been designed to meet new needs and stimulate new behaviours.
